Additional players
If you have registered fewer than 15 players, you can register additional players by transferring 40 € before the start of the tournament or by paying for them during check-in.

Awareness
If you experience or witness discriminatory behaviour or harrassment, you can turn to our awareness team. You can find our awareness concept here.

Ban on glass bottles
There is a ban on glass bottles on the entire premises! Our crew will confiscate all glass bottles.

Bot
During the tournament, our bot will keep you up to date with regards to the schedule and your ref/bench duties.

Directions and address
LaBox will take place in the sports halls of Felix Klein Gymnasium (FKG), located at Böttingerstr. 17, 37073 Göttingen. On Friday, you can arrive from 6 pm on. There is a limited number of parking spaces in front of the sports hall. FKG is a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride (bus stops Walkemühlenweg or Bunsenstraße) from the main train station.

Food and drink
On Saturday and Sunday, complementary breakfast will be served from 7 to 9 am. From 11:30 am on, we will serve cold and hot drinks, food from the barbecue and baked goods. This year, you will pay using tokens (→ Payment). You can find the menu including prices here. Until Friday afternoon, you can preorder pizza for Saturday night. Please bring a cup or mug for hot drinks.

Locker rooms
Two teams will share one locker room with showers. You will find out who your locker room buddies are on arrival.

Partiess
On Friday, we welcome you to Freihafen. On Saturday, we will have a “blue and gold” themed party at 1B. Both venues are located at Nikolaistr. 1b, a 10 minute walk from FKG.

Payment
You can buy food and drink using tokens. Tokens can be purchased at check-in or at the information desk using cash, PayPal or debit card.

Reffing and Benching
All games will be managed by a head ref/umpire who will be supported by a team ref and bench staff. Please always send two people to bench. Our bot and our info screens will keep you up to date about ref and bench duties during the tournament. The preliminary ref and bench schedule can be found here.

Rules
Men* play according to modified field rules (not box lacrosse!). Women* play according to DLaxV Indoor rules. You can find the rules here.

Schedule
Games will be played from 9 am through 8 pm on Sunday and from 9 am through 4 pm on Sunday. You can find the complete schedule including food sales, vendors and parties here.

Sleeping
You will sleep in hall 2. Please bring sleeping bags and mats / air mattresses. Keep in mind the (low) temperature at night when choosing your equipment. You will need to move your stuff from the hall to your locker rooms by 8 am so that games can start on time. No sleeping in the locker rooms!
